WEIGHT

There is no weight charge assessed on shipments of less than 10 pounds. Shipments in excess of 10 pounds incur an additional charge of $0.20 per pound on the total weight.

WAITING TIME

The courier will wait for 5 minutes at no additional cost. If waiting time exceeds 5 minutes, a charge of $0.75 per minute is applied to the total waiting time.

Customers are called for instructions:

  • When waiting time is expected to exceed 10 minutes.
  • In secure buildings, if the waiting time is expected to exceed 20 minutes. (For a current listing of secure buildings, please contact customer service.)
STATION WAGON*

RUSH service - $17.50 for the departure zone. Add $1.55 for the next zone, and $4.35 for each additional zone, plus applicable weight.

PRIORITY service - Twice the Rush Rate.
TRUCK*

RUSH service - $35.00 for the departure zone. Add $1.55 for the next zone, and $4.35 for each additional zone, plus applicable weight.

PRIORITY service - Twice the Rush Rate.

5 TON TRUCK

5 Ton trucks are available at a rate of $65.00 per hour (or part thereof) for a driver and truck.

AFTER HOURS

After hours service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Deliveries are completed as quickly as possible and charged at our Emergency rate, with a minimum $25.00 charge. Simply call our main number and follow the instructions that are given.

* Since our fleet has a restricted number of vehicles that can handle these types of deliveries, every attempt will be made to complete our PRIORITY service within 60 minutes of your call, and our RUSH service within 120 minutes of your call. However, depending on the demands placed upon us for these types of vehicles, delivery times may be longer.
